Anytime Refund Policy
- Annual Subscription Plan:
- Offered at a 50% discount, without a trial period.
- Cancel at any time and receive a refund for the full amount of the current month and the remaining months. Past months are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are calculated based on the full monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate.
- Monthly Subscription Plan:
- Includes a 14-day free trial. If canceled within this period, no charge will be applied.
- Once your trial period ends, your chosen subscription plan will commence, and your card will be charged according to the monthly billing cycle.
- Flexibility to cancel at any time post-trial, with refunds available for the current month's subscription fee. Past months are not eligible for refunds.
- Cancellations must be processed through our Billing page. Ensure the procedure is completed correctly to receive a 'Subscription Cancellation Successful' message.
- Avoid Chargebacks: Directly contact our support for any billing concerns instead of initiating a chargeback with your bank. This ensures quicker resolution and avoids credit history impacts.
